Day #2
I am thankful...for my sewing machines (and the skills I have to use them).
Yes, I said machines, plural! LOL! Here they are...
I can say, at least, that I didn't pay for either of them. (I know, I'm a very lucky girl). The white Singer machine was my very first sewing machine bought for me as a Christmas present from my parents and the older Singer machine is one that was handed down to me from my Great Aunt's Mother who just recently passed away. I got it from her Mother a while ago when her health started to take a turn for the worst and I'm so blessed that she thought to give it to my Great Aunt and she told my Great Aunt to give it to someone that would use it and cherish it. I was beyond thrilled that I ended up with it. The dang thing is older than I am and it still works BEAUTIFULLY!! :-)
With having these two machines comes with the fact that I'm just as thankful for the skills I have to use them. I'm able to run a small business out of my home making handmade items that I absolutely adore!!! :-)

How to enable your e-mail - BLOGGER ACCOUNTS: To do this, click on your dashboard, click on "EDIT PROFILE" and place a check mark next to "SHOW MY EMAIL ADDRESS", and finally scroll to the bottom and click "SAVE PROFILE".
