Hello My Lovely Followers!

I just wanted to let you all know, I will no longer be running giveaways on my blog. I know, it's a bummer, but my business and family happenings are starting to take up almost all of my time and I can't do them anymore. So for those of you that have become followers of mine through giveaways, you won't hurt my feelings if you "unfollow" my blog ;-)

I originally started this blog just to vent and talk about Mommy stuff, so I'm going to go back to doing just that. This is mostly going to be a page for my friends and family to check up on us to see how we're doing ;-)

Thank you all SO much for your support when I was doing giveaways a such and thank you to those that will continue to follow my rants, raves and ramblings about being a Mommy and Wife!! :-)

Update!

I can't believe it's been since MARCH that I wrote a post! WOW! I guess that will give you guys an idea of how busy things have been with my world haha!! I've started up ANOTHER project (I'm crazy, I know!) doing photography for friends and family. I've always had a passion for photography and probably will never take it to a professional level but right now it's SO much fun to do! My whole idea behind my photography is to share my learning experience with everyone!! Most people wait until they're really "professional" with their photos before "advertising" themselves but I don't want to do that. I know that as a beginner I LOVE LOVE LOVE it when photographers do tutorials of their photo editing processes or take "behind the scenes" photos of their studio set ups.

My business, Made With Love By Caty, has been staying pretty steady and keeping me busy when I'm not taking pictures or being a Mom. Speaking of being a Mom, we just celebrated Miss K's 1st birthday and I'm still in shock that she's even that old! Here's a 1st birthday picture that I took of her (with my husband's help!)

We were going to have professional pictures done but we ran into a financial bump and had to do them at home and work with whatever we could find to set up a "studio". I'm still sad we couldn't haven't a professional do them, but I wouldn't trade us doing them for the WORLD because of this one shot! I'm still stunned that my husband and I captured this moment and that we'll treasure it for FOREVER! :-) Not to mention the fact that we HOPE Kaelyn will appreciate that we took her photos when she's older haha!

Now that it's starting to get nice out, our job as apartment managers is picking up and I honestly don't know how we juggle everything we do these days. Seems like each day is a blur! So happy to have such gorgeous weather finally! My poor munchkin has been cooped up most of her life due to long winters here.
