Thank you so much for your comments! It makes my day to see the words "comments awaiting moderation" - I honestly jump for joy ;-) I try to respond to as many comments as my daughter and busy life will let me, but life sometimes gets in the way. Just know that I appreciate each and every one of you!

How to enable your e-mail - BLOGGER ACCOUNTS: To do this, click on your dashboard, click on "EDIT PROFILE" and place a check mark next to "SHOW MY EMAIL ADDRESS", and finally scroll to the bottom and click "SAVE PROFILE".

Weight loss is totally on my goal list for the year. I'm tired of setting that goal and forgetting about it- this will be the year I make a lifestyle change! I've gotten through a couple days of C25K before but something always happens and I get thrown off the swing of it and stop! I'm looking to start it up again next month too.
ReplyDeleteI completed the c25k last summer and ran my first 5K on Labor Day. Very slowly! I hate running but I did it! I've recently started over on the c25k because, well, the holidays, and it is SO hard getting back everything you worked so hard to achieve. But I think the c25k is a really good program. Good luck!
