Dear Monday...I'm pretty sad to see you. Hubby's Spring Break went by WAAAAAY to fast, BUT I'm extremely thankful for the time Miss K and I had with him. Just trying to wrap my brain around a busier quarter and seeing much less of Derek. Definitely going to need to keep my chin up and push through.
Dear April/April Fools...where in the heck did you come from?! When I went to write the date on my post title, I put a "3" for March instead of "4" for April. Seriously, how'd you get here so fast?! I honestly say that I really dislike April Fools. Not because of people pranking me directly, but because I'm seriously THE most gullible person and since I forgot what day it was...TONS of people got me with their fake Facebook statuses. Just not nice at all LOL!
Dear Miss K...just quit it, just quit growing up SO fast! Derek and I decided to do a very last second Easter photo shoot yesterday (because we honestly lost track of time, I had no clue that it was freakin APRIL already). The pictures turned out amazing. Here is a little side by side comparison from Easter last year and Easter pictures this year. I'm in shock! Who is the grown up little toddler, ONE MONTH away from being TWO years old, on the right?! I still see that squishy little baby that's on the left *SIGH*
Dear Friends...I hope you all have an amazing Easter this upcoming weekend! We're going to try to find a local Easter Egg Hunt for Miss K. We've been practicing with plastic eggs on how to put them in the basket when she finds them ;-)

ReplyDeleteIt completely didn't dawn on me that it was April Fool's until about 8pm yesterday. So I had to go back over my day and wonder if I'd fallen for any jokes. I think I may have made it out unscathed :)

ReplyDeleteI always believe everyone's April Fool's jokes. I swear every year I get so excited over a pregnancy/engagement/relationship status that I spend a day trying to remember that it's a joke. One year I sent off a really thoughtful card to a friend who announced she was pregnant on the first... I might be too gullible. I like to think I'm just trusting. :)
